Laser Yag
It is used in the treatment of Posterior Capsule Opacity, Closed Angle Glaucoma, Chronic Open Angle Glaucoma, and Floaters (“flying flies”).
Posterior Capsule Opacity
May occur months or years after cataract surgery and the use of Yag Laser effectively resolves this situation with the recovery of the lost visual acuity. In the past, these patients had undergone a new surgery to solve this problem.
Closed-angle Glaucoma
Whether in its acute form or i its prevention, benefits from the Yag Laser which allows an alternate passage of the aqueous humor (through an iridotomy).
